The terms of use for FACEMOTION 3D (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are defined as follows.

1. Changes in services, etc.

2. General prohibitions

Customers are prohibited from using our service, FACEMOTION3D, as follows.

・ Modify and distribute the receiver on the 3DCG software side free of charge or for a fee without the permission of the creator.

-Use the FACEMOTION 3D receiver without the permission of the creator to use the communication so that it can be used by software and applications other than FACEMOTION 3D.

The FACEMOTION3D app is an application that connects to a PC on the same network and sends motion capture data.

The FACEMOTION 3D app does not send data outside the same network and therefore does not collect any personal information.

FACEMOTION3D uses the device's TrueDepth camera system to track facial movements. This enables motion capture. The app must access the device's camera to enable this feature. FACEMOTION3D does not send motion capture data to third parties.

The camera image and resulting depth data are only used to send the motion capture data to the user's PC. That data is not saved on the iPhone. Access to the camera is required to retrieve depth data from Apple's API.

1. Collection

FACEMOTION3D does not pass face data to third party software. When the user presses the record or save button, the data will be saved to iOS, but these data will only be visible to anyone using this app.

2. Use

FACEMOTION3D can send face data to PC via Wi-Fi. It is used for motion capture and animation purposes only and is not intended to invade your privacy.

3. Disclosure

The app does not pass user information to third parties, the author of the app views your data, or infringes your privacy.

4. Sharing

This app does not pass user information to third parties.

5. Hold

The face data is saved in the file folder only when the [Save] button is pressed, but in other cases, the face data is not saved in the app.

There is no third party

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to the outside world. This does not include as long as a trusted third party who assists in operating our website, conducting business, or servicing you agrees to keep this information confidential. We may also disclose your information if we deem it appropriate to comply with the law, enforce site policies, or protect the rights, property, or safety of us or others.
